What is important, fun, or unique about your college experience?
What is so unique about my college experience is that every day I have a different schedule, and I get to be involved in different things. I think it is important that I enjoy my college experience at TCNJ, and participate in college activities.

What is it like to participate in College courses?
I really like participating in college courses, because I learn a lot about interesting topics. I enjoy my FSP class, Human Abilities Unplugged because I learn about people with disabilities.

What clubs are you involved in and what do you like about involvement here on campus?
The clubs that I am involved in are Best Buddies, Council for Exceptional Children, and All College Theater. I really enjoy being in the clubs because I am always included in their activities. Also, I have a lot of fun participating in the clubs, and I get to meet new people, and make new friends. Another way that I am involved on campus is using the pool in Packer Hall at TCNJ. Sometimes I like to swim there in my spare time.

What difference do you think being a CCS student will make to your future?
I think that being a CCS student will help me be more independent, and confident. Also, I think that being a CCS student will help me achieve my goals for the future. It will help me get the career that I want, and be able to live independently.

What is a special moment or experience you have had as a CCS student?
A special experience that I had as a CCS student was when I participated in Friendship Day for the Council for Exceptional Children club. That was a party for people with special needs that are from organizations outside of the college. The event was held in a lounge at a college dorm. I was on the activities committee, and helped plan arts and crafts activities for the guests to do. It was a great experience, and I felt good about helping other people with special needs.

What is your career goal for after graduation?
After I graduate from The College of New Jersey, I plan to open a boutique, where I sell handmade jewelry that I created and designed. Also, I will sell other accessories there, such as handbags. I also want to teach jewelry making classes to people that want to learn how to make jewelry.

A Day in My Life:
I live at home with my parents in Manalapan. I commute to the college. It takes an hour to travel to and from the college. Every day I have different classes and I also have a chance to spend time with my friends at lunch. During Study/Elective time, I do my homework for my classes. Sometimes I like to go swimming in the pool in Packer Hall on Wednesdays.
