What is important, fun, or unique about your college experience?
I like living off campus and feeling independent. I enjoy spending time with my friends. We have fun watching movies and weekly TV shows.

What is it like to participate in College courses?
I like my classes, especially Personal Exploration because I’m learning about myself. I also like Human Abilities Unplugged because I’m learning about my disability.

What clubs are you involved in and what do you like about involvement here on campus?
I’m involved in Best Buddies Club on campus. Some of the activities I do with my friends in Best Buddies are Zumba, apple picking, and other fun events. I’m also in Council for Exceptional Children and I attend their event called Friendship Day. I’m part of The Musical Theater and I am hoping to participate in the Broadway Night. It’s a lot of fun and I love to sing and being part of the club!

What difference do you think being a CCS student will make to your future?
I think being a CCS student will help my future by having job experience and choosing a career that I will enjoy. CCS is also helping me gain independent living skills, for example cooking, cleaning, laundry and taking out the garbage.

What is a special moment or experience you have had as a CCS student?
Working with other students and joining clubs. I’m also meeting other people. One of my best experiences was going to Zumba with my Best Buddy.

What is your career goal for after graduation?
My career goal is finding a childcare job and working with kids. I would also like to sing as a part-time career.
